Are your watches new?
Yes all our watches are brand new with full factory warranty.
 
Do you ship International?
Yes. We ship worldwide with very few exceptions.
 
Do you insure your packages?
Yes. All shipments are sent in secure packaging and every purchase is fully insured at no extra cost.
 
Do you have a return policy?
Absolutely. Realwatches.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date with an RFI/Order number. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. moreinfo>
How can I cancel my order?
An email can be sent to our warehouse to process your request for cancellation. Due to the high volume of orders shipment, there is a chance we may not be able to cancel the order. In the event that this item does indeed ship, please refuse upon delivery of the package and a refund will be processed once it has been received. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days. International packages  which are not accepted and returned to us will result in forfeiture of all shipping charges as well as all other charges we may incur as duties and taxes etc., including but not limited to the full price of the refused item.
